About This Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Linq HR, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to identify top talent for our clients. Your expertise will help drive business growth and success through strategic sourcing, candidate evaluation, and selection processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates
  • Evaluate resumes and applications to select top talent
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and knowledge
  • Complete necessary paperwork for new hires
  • Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A formal qualification in Business, Logistics, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Supply Chain Logistics, Manufacturing, or Engineering
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Decision-making skills and a commitment to delivering results
  • Deep understanding of 3PL, company-based Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics concepts
