Linq HR is a boutique professional HR Consultancy firm specialising in employment solutions, including recruitment, with a growing presence across Melbourne.

Salary:

We are offering an estimated salary of AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to identify and recruit potential candidates using various sourcing methods. Your key responsibilities will include evaluating resumes and applications, conducting interviews, and assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions. Additionally, you will be required to complete paperwork for new hires, demonstrate business development and client relationship management skills, and contribute to the company's services and future directions.

Requirements:

  • A combination of formal qualifications in Business, Logistics, or Engineering
  • Proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics, Manufacturing, and/or Engineering (mandatory)
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Strong decision-making skills, a deep understanding of 3PL, company-based Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics, and a continuous improvement approach to work processes
  • Must have working rights in Australia
