**ROSTER COORDINATOR | ARCARE KNOX**
**About the role**
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Roster Coordinator who is team oriented and willing to hit the ground running at our five star aged care residence
The successful applicant will provide strong and effective leadership and support to the Residence Manager, the business, and its employees on team management - orientation, management of team members education and rostering.
The successful applicant must have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to influence and negotiate with fellow staff and be a proven decision maker. You must be computer literate, work positively within a team environment, have experience with rosters, be pro-active and always show initiative.

**Skills & Experience**
- Ability to manage rostering and team member allocations
- Experience in Time Target system is desirable
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate with fellow team members to achieve beneficial outcomes
- Knowledge of contemporary operational management principles
- Pragmatic and logical in approach
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven decision maker
- Proven ability to manage & successfully deliver projects on time and on budget
- Results driven and focused
- Team orientated
- Proficient in computers
