Senior Finance Portfolio Manager Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Portfolio Manager to lead our Securities Finance team. The role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the securities finance portfolio, with a focus on supporting balance sheet efficiency and revenue generation.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective trading strategies to optimize portfolio performance.
- Manage relationships with agency lenders, brokers, asset managers, and other service providers to achieve business objectives.
- Contribute to the expansion of capabilities in synthetic derivatives and related product areas to drive revenue growth.
- A minimum of 12 years' experience in securities finance, including stock lending, repo, TRS, or prime brokerage.
- Strong understanding of loan and TRS documentation, as well as capital and regulatory frameworks.
- Familiarity with derivatives trading and pricing knowledge is essential.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, strong collaboration skills, and excellent communication skills are required.
