About the Opportunity
We are seeking a self-motivated and professional Private Banking Director to join our QLD Client Acquisition Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding clients and business partners throughout their lending journey, building new client relationships, and identifying new business development opportunities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients and business partners
- Identifying and pursuing new business development opportunities
- Providing expert advice and guidance on lending and investment products
- Building and maintaining a strong network of external referral sources
- Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and implement continuous improvement initiatives
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Recent experience in a similar role from within Private Banking, Premier Banking, Business/Commercial Banking or similar
- Experience in residential and commercial lending, including complex lending structures
- A demonstrated ability to develop new networks and maintain effective relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business or related field (desirable)
- RG146 (desirable)
