Corporate Banking Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Health Analyst to join our team at Bank of Queensland. As a key member of our Corporate Banking team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Corporate Relationship Executive in preparing credit submissions, completing periodic credit reviews, and liaising with Loans Centre/HP staff and external professional services providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit complex lending submissions over $10m.
- Review and prepare accurate documentation.
- Support the Relationship Executive in identifying, progressing and executing on new opportunities for the Bank.
- Achieve targeted levels of customer service standards.
- Build strong relationships with customers through the provision of banking solutions.
- Ensure adherence to BOQ's credit policies, procedures and audit requirements.
- Liaise with Loan Centre and external service providers to ensure documentation is accurate and settlements are completed in a timely manner.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Experience in Commercial/Corporate banking, preferably with exposure to transactions over $10m.
- Ability to critically analyse and interpret financial statements and identify industry trends.
- Demonstrated ability in providing superior customer service.
- Able to establish strong internal and external relationships, solve problems and make decisions.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Windows program knowledge.
- Strong time management skills.
- Advanced numeracy and financial modelling skills.
