Job Title: Service Excellence Associate

The primary role of a Service Excellence Associate is to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive store experience that aligns with our sales-focused culture and drives profitable sales growth.

This includes effectively managing store operations, including cash handling and banking integrity, tendering transactions, stock integrity, telephone management, marketing, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will be able to contribute to financial performance through effective inventory management and the control of controllable expenses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product knowledge to drive sales.
  • Store Operations: Manage store administration in line with standard procedures, including cash handling, banking integrity, and stock management.

  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets, maintain store presentation, and ensure a consistent positive store experience.
