About the role
This is an opportunity to join a high-performing property team in Brisbane. You will be involved in:
- Advising on complex property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing for commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, development agreements, and leasing documentation/
- Supporting clients across the full property lifecycle – from due diligence and structuring to completion
- Working closely with partners and senior lawyers in a collaborative, mentoring environment
About you
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- At least 3 years’ PQE in property law gained at a well-regarded firm
- A strong commercial mindset and the ability to work directly with sophisticated clients
- Experience with large-scale property transactions or development projects
- A proactive approach, strong drafting skills, and a commitment to excellence in client service
