Christmas Sales Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our sales team as a Christmas Casual Sales Associate. This role involves providing exceptional customer service experiences, working productively in a fast-paced retail environment, and demonstrating good attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be results-oriented, and love selling. They will also be able to work across our store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours, and public holidays.

Responsibilities include:

  • Offering professional and personalized service to find the ideal jewellery or watch for customers
  • Completing tailored in-house training and eLearning modules to gain product knowledge and sales skills
  • Performing operational tasks such as stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, merchandising, and general housekeeping
