Workshop Equipment Sales Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service by advising and guiding customers through our range of workshop equipment products.
This role involves selling workshop equipment, conducting customer follow-ups, demonstrating and installing workshop equipment, as well as providing after-sales equipment training.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service Representative: Providing assistance to new and existing customers regarding workshop equipment products
- Sales Consultant: Selling workshop equipment to meet customer needs
- Customer Relationship Manager: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Technical Trainer: Delivering after-sales equipment training to customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Mechanical/automotive knowledge
- A valid driver's license
- The ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical contexts
- A team focus with strong relationship-building skills
- The ability to work autonomously and prioritize efficiently
