About The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Recruit Shop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Handle all-round office tasks efficiently
  • Manage filing systems and document organisation
  • Answering phones and managing mail
  • Potential to expand into office management responsibilities

About You

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration. You will have experience in a professional services environment and be proficient in Outlook calendar and document filing management. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team are essential.
