Key Responsibilities:
- Manage workers compensation insurance claims and return to work strategies for injured employees across Australia & New Zealand in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct proactive analysis of worker compensation claims, to provide trend analysis and identification of emerging risks and lessons.
- Ensure all regulatory timeframes are met, including claim lodgement and management.
- Develop ongoing injury reporting, including severity rates.
- Provide claims statistics and data to support premium renewals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in workers compensation claims management.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Able to work autonomously and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
