We are seeking a highly skilled Support Team Leader to join our Operations team.

About the Role
  • Lead and support the administration team to deliver exceptional support across the site.
  • Connect people by acting as the key link with departments including People Operations, Office Management, and Information Management (Sharepoint).
  • Manage complex schedules, meetings, and conference calls for our leadership team.
  • Plan events by arranging travel and coordinating special events such as our Values Forum and Family Day.
  • Support leaders by preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and following up on actions.
  • Maintain operations by overseeing expenses, office supplies, and confidential administration tasks with care and discretion.
Requirements
  • Prior leadership experience within an admin or support team.
  • Strong skills in SAP, Workflow, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude, calm under pressure, and a people-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
  • Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to adapt quickly.
