Operations Support Manager

As an Operations Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the administration team to deliver exceptional support across the site. This includes acting as a key link with departments, managing complex schedules, arranging travel, and coordinating special events.
The successful candidate will possess a warm personality, thrive in a collaborative environment, and have strong skills in SAP, Workflow, and Microsoft Office Suite. They will oversee expenses, office supplies, and confidential administration tasks with care and discretion.
Key qualifications include previous leadership experience within an admin or support team, a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, a solutions-focused approach, self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to adapt quickly.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead & Support - Guide the administration team to deliver excellent support across the site.
- Connect People - Act as the key link with departments including People Operations, Office Management, and Information Management.
- Own The Diary - Manage complex schedules, meetings, and conference calls for our leadership team.
- Plan Events - Arrange travel and coordinate special events such as our Values Forum and Family Day.
- Support Leaders - Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
- Keep Things Running - Oversee expenses, office supplies, and confidential administration tasks with care and discretion.
