Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Operations Lead to oversee the smooth and safe delivery of essential services, including water and fire systems, building and mechanical assets, keeping our operations and people supported every day.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, Coach, and Support: Lead a skilled, multidisciplinary crew (plumbers, fire mechanical techs, carpenters, fitters, and contractors) to deliver high-quality maintenance services.
• Maintenance and Compliance: Oversee maintenance and compliance across critical infrastructure, including plumbing, fire systems, water bores, and reverse osmosis plants.
• Service Provider Management: Manage service providers and contractors to ensure high standards of delivery.
• Safety Champion: Drive safety initiatives, running pre-starts, reducing hazards, and ensuring critical controls are always in place.
• Operations Management: Keep things running smoothly, from cost allocations and reporting through to incident management and compliance data capture.

Qualifications and Experience
• Trade Qualified: Hold trade qualifications, with strong maintenance knowledge.
• Leadership Experience: Proven experience supervising teams in industrial or infrastructure settings.
• Safety-Focused: Strong understanding of risk management and compliance systems.
• Organisation and Communication: Organised, proactive, and great at building relationships across teams and contractors.
