As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer experiences by leading a team of technicians and ensuring high-quality service repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 12+ technicians, ensuring timely completion of work orders and compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage job scheduling, execution, and reporting using CAT systems (SIS) and IDS.
  • Provide customer support, liaising with clients to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.
  • Enforce OH&S protocols and conduct risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need extensive supervisory experience in mechanical or dealership settings. You should possess leadership skills, a strong understanding of OH&S protocols, and the ability to manage dynamic workloads.
