Role Overview

Costa is a leading global grower, packer, and marketer of premium quality fresh produce. Our success is built on a commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainability across our business.

We operate over 8000 hectares of farmland, including berries, citrus, avocados, bananas, and table grapes. We also have hi-tech glasshouses and mushroom growing facilities.

This role is a key position in our agronomy team. As a graduate in this capacity, you will work closely with farm managers, horticulturists, and pest control advisors to inspect crops for signs of pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies, and environmental stress.

You will monitor climate factors that influence pest and disease outbreaks, collect and analyse data on crop performance and yield, and submit reports to supervisors or growers with clear recommendations.

This position is based in the Sunraysia region working across three farms - Trentham, Colignan, and Nangiloc, supporting broader agronomy programs and innovation projects.

Your Requirements

To qualify for this role, you must:

  • Be in your final year or have recently finished a bachelor's or postgraduate degree relevant to this position.
  • Hold a valid driver's licence (or obtain one by commencement date).
  • Have your own personal reliable transport with relevant insurances.
  • Be willing to travel and work in different sites.
  • Be ready to commence the Graduate Program on February 9, 2026.
  • Must have full working rights in Australia.
