Job Summary">

As a Graduate Agronomist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health and productivity of our citrus crops through proactive crop management strategies.

Working closely with farm managers, horticulturists, agronomists, and pest control advisors, your key responsibilities will include regularly inspecting crops for signs of pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies, and environmental stress, monitoring climate factors that influence pest and disease outbreaks, collecting and analyzing data on crop performance and yield, and submitting reports to supervisors or growers with clear recommendations.

This position is based in the Sunraysia region, where you will work across and support three farms - Trentham, Colignan, and Nangiloc - implementing broader agronomy programs and innovation projects that drive improvements in yield, fruit quality, and sustainability in our farming operations.

  • Inspect crops regularly for signs of pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies, and environmental stress.
