Job Title:

A specialist is required to develop quality relationships with customers to deliver exceptional satisfaction from key stakeholders.

  • The successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience in the Return-to-Work sector and/or Occupational Health.
  • This role is full-time with hybrid working arrangements.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with our stakeholders including maintaining account management plans for key clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the operational team and provide support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

The role involves contributing to customer engagement requirements, coordinating marketing activities, conferences, marcomms, and new customer enquiries.

  • Meet specified KPIs and achieve annual budgeted revenue targets.
  • Contribute to and eventually lead customer project activities that include technology and product components.
Qualifications:

Applicants must have a tertiary qualification in health or business, or extensive highly relevant on-the-job experience with a demonstrated track record of high performance.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in early-intervention programs and/or workers compensation and/or employer clinical services and/or experience in occupational health.
  • Prior experience with managing customer contracts and relationships is desirable.
  • Exposure to marcomms and/or change processes also desirable.
  • Experience in managing projects with health technology and/or product development being highly regarded.
