Food and Beverage Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our team at Novotel Melbourne South Wharf. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day F&B operations, ensuring efficient, friendly, and professional service is provided to all guests.

You will be accountable for maintaining clean and neat presentation of the bar and restaurant areas, following set opening, closing, and daily procedures. Additionally, you will work closely with the Kitchen team to maintain menu quality and consistency.

  • Ensure team members have the necessary knowledge of menus, dietary requirements, and allergens.
  • Maintain accurate inventory management and control costs while ensuring product quality.
  • Coordinate events and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to motivate team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and knowledge of food safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and POS systems.
