Dining Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our dining area. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the opening and closing procedures of the dining area.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.
- Assist in scheduling and managing labour costs effectively.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
