Job Overview:The Food and Beverage Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of our hotel’s food and beverage service, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate staff to deliver outstanding guest service
  • Inspect staff attire and grooming, addressing any issues promptly
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies and cleaning equipment
  • Inspect storage areas for organization and cleanliness
  • Complete scheduled inventory tasks and restock supplies as needed
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
  • Process work orders for maintenance repairs
  • Collaborate with management on employee hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, counseling, and motivation
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage supervision
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
