Job Description:

The role of a Digital Experience Designer involves creating innovative digital experiences and consistent wireframes & design with an efficient and user-focused experience across various brands and industries.

As a seasoned professional, you will be expected to take on more responsibility, working closely with developers, copywriters, and other designers to deliver high-quality results.

You will need to ensure excellence in all design-related work, meeting project deadlines while being able to confidently make and defend your design decisions.

The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean, intuitive, and innovative digital user experiences and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows across various projects.

Direct Reports: You will report directly to the digital projects director.

Key Deliverables:
  • At least 3 years' experience in digital experience design (graphic design, UX/UI design etc.) preferably in a digital agency environment
  • Technical excellence in design capability to ensure output is at the cutting edge of the industry
  • Ensuring all design work is completed within assigned hours and all deadlines are met
  • Creation and involvement of pitch documentation for the agency as required
  • Strong capability and experience in client presentation of creative output
  • Detailed understanding of projects and their statuses at all times, to report back to leadership
  • Advanced skills in using Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop) and Figma (or other experience design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, MIRA etc.)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in digital experience design
  • Excellent technical skills in design software
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to solve problems creatively
Personal Requirements:

The Digital Experience Designer role requires someone who is comfortable working individually and within a team, as well as being comfortable receiving feedback from team members and clients.
