Job Title: User Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled User Experience Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in UX design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting projects and initiatives within the Digital Foundry, conducting primary and secondary research, and assisting with reporting/analytics data-driven insights.

You will also be part of building and maintaining the Design System, which involves liaising with designers and engineers across the business to ensure components are properly added and maintained.

This is a hands-on role that requires confidence in your ability to 'refactor' design components for reuse by designers on future projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating design ideas and conducting design reviews with stakeholders
  • Working with stakeholders to surface business needs
  • Having a foundational understanding of user needs and interpreting data to determine potential solution effectiveness
  • Conducting market research, including design trends and competitive analysis
  • Creating and updating various Design artifacts, such as user personas and information architecture maps

Requirements:

  • Mid-level professional experience in UX Design
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Figma and other UX/UI design tools
  • A data analytics mindset combined with attention to detail
