Job Opportunity: Content and UX Lead

The Design and Communication team is seeking a Content and User Experience Specialist to create and refine user-focused content and improve end-to-end user journeys.

This role will make it easier for students, staff, researchers, stakeholders, and alumni to understand and access the services they need through a Library-wide content strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop content solutions across digital channels, supporting teams to deliver effective and efficient services.
  • Align with strategic goals while ensuring all content is plain English, accurate, and on brand.
  • Lead user experience research, collaborate with stakeholders, and work with a motivated team dedicated to delivering excellent user experiences.

Key Requirements:

  • A degree in communications, media studies, journalism, marketing, user experience design, or a related field.
  • Proven skills in content design, digital communication, user research, project management, wireframing, CMS use, and proficiency with tools like Miro.
  • Ability to lead user experience research, collaborate with stakeholders, and work with a motivated team.
