**Optimisation Specialist Role**
We're seeking a skilled and analytical Optimisation Specialist to join our team. As an Optimisation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing user experiences and driving conversion by leveraging A/B testing and personalisation strategies.
Your primary focus will be on analysing performance data to inform decisions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify key areas for improvement. You will have a natural ability to flex across the business to grow customer lifetime value, get new customers and increase customer happiness.
