Digital Experience Specialist

Unlock the potential of digital experiences and drive business growth as a specialist in conversion and analytics. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in enhancing online customer interactions through continuous experimentation, analysis, and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute personalisation strategies across digital channels to boost engagement and support business objectives.
- Develop and monitor initiatives to enhance website performance, conversion rates, and user behaviour insights.
- Design and analyse A/B and multivariate testing to optimise landing pages and key content, uncovering opportunities for improvement.
- Leverage data visualisation tools to report on performance, informing strategic recommendations and aligning digital efforts with broader business objectives.
- Manage personalisation platforms to support targeted optimisations, ensuring seamless user experiences across all digital touchpoints.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure digital initiatives are aligned with business goals, leveraging supplier relationships to drive success.
- Lead the development of actionable insights and strategic recommendations, applying design thinking to explore user needs and deliver innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a conversion, UX, optimisation, and/or analytics specialist, backed by tertiary qualifications in Digital, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
- Proven expertise in using Google Analytics, Google Analytics 360, SimilarWeb, Hotjar, Optimizely CRO tool, Fullstory, or similar data analysis and visualisation tools.
- Strong proficiency in Office 365, Confluence, and Jira, with familiarity in data visualisation tools like Tableau and MicroStrategy.
