Accounts Receivable Officer

Helloworld Travel Limited is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Officer to join their Finance Department in South Melbourne.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage debtor accounts to ensure high terms compliance and minimize financial risk to the business.
- Process daily banking and payments, including direct debits, EFT, and credit cards.
- Maintain and improve customer relationships while meeting business needs and minimizing risk.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Generate invoices and account statements.
- Escalate high-risk accounts or exposure to the Credit Manager.
- Relevant experience or education in Accounts Receivable.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage expectations.
- Management of high volume/high risk ledger.
