About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our financial team on a permanent full-time basis. As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be responsible for a range of duties including:
- Processing accounts receivable transactions in accordance with our cyclical calendar
- Setting up and maintaining accurate debtor records
- Providing timely and accurate accounts receivable data
- Ensuring resident and client fees and charges are accurately updated and reconciled
- Undertaking accurate and timely billing and refunds
- Monitoring and implementing changes to procedures in response to legislative and regulatory updates
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact in the lives of our residents. If you have:
- Experience in the health or aged care sector
- Experience in accounts receivable, debt collection, and general finance administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- A commitment to our values and BEST philosophy
