We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team at FourQuarters Recruitment. As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage debtor payment histories to ensure timely payment of outstanding fees.
- Communicate with new families to establish direct debits and ensure prompt payment of fees.
- Contact families with outstanding fees longer than 12 months to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding balances.
- Enter debtor data into our system and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Prepare and send invoices and receipts to families as required.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the Finance and Business Manager.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the education or private sector.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve disputes.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely payment of outstanding fees.
