About the Role
As the first point of contact, you will utilize your exceptional customer service skills to support the payment plans of valued clients.
The ideal candidate will be relationship driven, utilizing their communication skills to manage debtor payment plans, provide client support, and coordinate collection calls.
You will assist with client payment administration and follow up with clients and internal financial teams.
This hybrid working position is 3 days a week in a newly renovated office.
A Day in the Life of an Accounts Receivable Administrator
- Initiating debtor management collection calls and follow up
- Providing support and resolutions to accounts receivable client queries
- Payment processing for accounts receivable clients
- Communication and reporting with internal Finance teams
Skills Required
- Demonstrated Customer Service and Administrative experience
- Prior Accounts Receivable experience desirable, not essential
- Exceptional relationship management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
