**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the preparation and production of all hot and cold food items for our a la carte menu, ensuring compliance with our prescribed recipes and specifications.
  • Supervise kitchen shift operations and ensure adherence to our Food & Beverage policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food preparation, handling, and storage.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including HACCP.
  • Lead shift teams and execute requests based on required specifications.
  • Foster a culture of mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
  • Monitor and maintain the productivity level of our culinary team.
  • Ensure employees are cross-trained to support successful daily operations.
  • Understand the impact of kitchen operations on our overall property financial goals and objectives, and manage to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
