We are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition professional to support our full cycle recruiting efforts in Australia and New Zealand.

  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive external talent.
  • Deliver screened, best qualified candidates to meet business needs in a timely manner.

Key Requirements:

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, psychology or organisational behaviour related field.
  • At least 5 years of recruiting experience with deep knowledge of talent acquisition processes.

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Technical proficiency with Workday Recruit as the ATS and experience using any CRMs.

What You Will Bring:

  • Full cycle recruiting experience.
