Talent Acquisition Professional

Key Responsibilities:

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for owning the candidate lifecycle from start to finish. This includes sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing deals.

They will create and execute against a comprehensive sourcing strategy, sourcing candidates on various recruiting platforms.

They will contribute to building positive brand recognition in the local and domestic market.

They will partner with hiring leaders across departments as a strategic advisor, providing expert guidance on talent acquisition best practices.

They will continually help improve, evolve, and scale our interview processes.

They will have a deep understanding of Appian's business strategy and competitive positioning.

About You:
  • 5+ years proven success as an Enterprise Sales/GTM Recruiter
  • True Talent Advisor with demonstrated experience and ability to influence and execute with senior leaders
  • Ability to strategize and prioritize reqs and needs of departments
  • Self-aware and thoughtful in every situation, internally & externally
  • Use market knowledge and data to drive a hiring process
  • Innate sense of urgency and tenacity, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Holds self and others accountable for delivering results
