Residential Property Acquisitions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Buyers Agent to join our team, with a focus on providing expert property advisory and acquisition services to residential property buyers.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proven sales and negotiation skills in the real estate sector.

A Real Estate License is required, along with in-depth knowledge of the Sydney real estate market.

The role involves sourcing properties that align with client briefs, negotiating on behalf of clients during residential real estate transactions, and conducting market research to stay ahead of trends and emerging opportunities.

About the Role:

  • Sourcing properties for clients by liaising with real estate agents
  • Providing tailored property recommendations and ensuring client goals are met
  • Negotiating on behalf of clients during residential real estate transactions
  • Supporting key transactions and ensuring a seamless process from start to finish
  • Conducting market research to stay ahead of trends and emerging opportunities
  • Assisting with client communication throughout the buying journey
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals
  • Preparing property reports, client briefs, and transaction documents
  • Supporting business operations with administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills in the real estate sector
  • Experience in residential real estate transactions and buyer representation
  • A Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one)
  • In-depth understanding of the Sydney real estate market
  • Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to finding solutions for clients
