Senior Energy and Infrastructure Professional

We are seeking a skilled Senior Associate to join our leading Corporate Energy and Infrastructure team in Sydney, Australia.
This role offers the opportunity to work with clients on transactions and projects throughout Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support national and international clients with advising on mergers & acquisitions, project development, joint ventures, policy & regulation, and complex commercial contracting in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
- Work closely with market-leading partners and specialists across the national practice to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience across M&A, project development, policy and regulation, and complex commercial contracting, ideally within the energy and infrastructure sector.
- An excellent academic record, with the ability to apply technical legal knowledge in a commercial environment.
- First-class attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to comprehend intricate legal matters and manage large-scale transactions.
- A proactive approach and a desire to be an integral member of our leading and supportive team.
