About the Role

You will be working closely with our national and international clients, providing expert advice on mergers & acquisitions, project development, joint ventures, policy & regulation, and complex commercial contracting in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting national and international clients in various projects and transactions
  • Advising on M&A, project development, policy and regulation, and complex commercial contracting
  • Collaborating with market-leading partners and specialists across the national practice

  • First-class attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to comprehend intricate legal matters and manage large-scale transactions
