About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Renewable Energy Project Manager to lead our renewable energy projects from conception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery, and maintaining a strong safety culture.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Manage project risks, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement mitigations.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction, or project management.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in delivering complex projects, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Proven experience in managing health, safety, and environment on large, complex projects.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes.
  • High-level organization skills, including well-developed priority-setting and time management skills.
