Transformation Director for Transaction Banking Excellence

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Transaction Banking Transformation team at Commonwealth Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in re-engineering processes to elevate our customer experience to world-class standards.
Key Responsibilities- Support and execute process re-engineering initiatives to enhance service delivery for IB&M and MCG clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rigorously challenge existing processes and technology designs.
- Drive innovative solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure effective risk management and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide strategic insights and leadership to influence transformation outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive alignment and success.
- A demonstrated track record of successfully discovering and delivering process Operational Excellence initiatives in various operational environments.
- Demonstrated ability to understand, document, and analyse processes.
- Facilitation skills to articulate complex concepts to gain stakeholder endorsement of proposed solutions
- Strong understanding of risk management and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to work across and influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.
