Our Team
The Everyday Business Banking (EBB) team is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of customers' needs, from small businesses to large corporates. We have accountability for Deposit and Transaction Product and Portfolio Management, Cash Channel Strategy, Merchant Solutions, Business Customer Onboarding, Customer Lifecycle Management, and Business Customer Propositions.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Product Manager, Corporate Cards Transformation to join our EBB Deposit and Transactions Crew. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading the development and implementation of a multi-year digital transformational change for our Corporate Card product.
- Continuously improving the customer experience by reviewing and enhancing features, benefits, and digital experience.
- Acting as the voice of the Business Bank and translating business requirements for the squad.
- Ensuring robust operational risk management.
- Working with external strategic and industry partners and suppliers to support integration of new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with the Product Owner to deliver digital experiences across NetBank and the CommBank app.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have:
- Payment and/or Cards Product Management experience.
- Deep domain knowledge in the cards value chain.
- Proven experience working across end-to-end Agile projects and technical delivery.
- Influential and confident stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in working within a highly complex operational environment.
- A risk management mindset.
- The ability and enthusiasm to act as a 'change leader' in supporting transformational change.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An undergraduate or post-graduate degree in business, marketing, engineering, data decisioning, or a similar field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
