As Executive Vice President of Acquisitions, you will oversee the company's property acquisitions pipeline and processes. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying and underwriting single-family property acquisitions globally.
  • Source and maintain relationships with in-market agents and investors aligned with company values.
  • Manage a team of in-market associates.
  • Establish acquisition offer and purchase monitoring metrics.
  • Create and prepare valuation models for potential acquisitions.
  • Research and analyze submarkets to gain intimate knowledge of targeted market opportunities.
  • Track sales and listing activities in each region's submarkets.
  • Conduct and coordinate due diligence activities for potential acquisitions.
  • Prepare and present investment package materials to the Investment Committee.
  • Participate in analytical projects required in the Acquisitions Department.
Requirements
  • Fundamental knowledge of financial analysis and real estate valuations.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability in interpersonal and business communications.
  • Single-family acquisitions experience required.
  • Travel may be required.
