Job Title: Expert Tax Professional

This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage tax expertise in a dynamic environment. As an expert in Australian tax, you will play a key role in delivering implementation projects of tax software products for clients across the globe.

Responsibilities include advising clients as a technical subject matter expert, providing training and support, and troubleshooting issues related to tax software implementation. Additionally, you will be involved in sales enablement activities by scoping and selling the value of our tax software products and services to new and existing customers.

You will work closely with a project manager to deliver multiple implementation projects simultaneously, while also supporting client relationship management efforts as the technical expert. Other responsibilities include preparing guides, implementation reports, training manuals, and other documentation as required, as well as delivering training sessions and webinars to clients.

Key qualifications for this role include 2+ years of experience in Australian tax, understanding of tax effect accounting and its practical applications, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to explain technical concepts clearly, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
