Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver project-based implementations of tax software solutions, providing expert advice and training to clients;
  • Contribute to sales enablement activities by identifying and promoting the value of our tax products and services to existing and new customers;
  • Work alongside project managers to deliver multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful outcomes;
  • Support client retention and relationship management efforts by collaborating with client relationship managers in technical conversations with customers;
  • Prepare comprehensive guides, reports, manuals, and other documentation as required;
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and webinars to enhance client knowledge and skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Australian tax law and regulations;
  • Strong understanding of tax effect accounting principles and practical applications;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely;
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills;
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced team environment.
