Home Support Grant Administrator

This role focuses on managing and administering grants within the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP). Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the roll-out of a newly acquired grant under the CHSP Growth Funding.
- Supporting the application process for My Aged Care services.
- Coordinating the provision of home maintenance services to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Maintaining accurate financial records, including performance reports and tax invoices.
- Collating and reporting wellness and reablement data by due dates.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Police Check.
- Working with Children's Check.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Worker Orientation Module.
- Worker NDIS Induction Module.
