About the Role

We are seeking a Funding Coordinator to administer CHSP grants and services. The successful candidate will have experience in grant funding and service provision.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Investigate and apply for additional grant opportunities within the disability and aged care sectors.
  2. Coordinate the provision of home maintenance services that assist clients in maintaining their home in a safe and habitable condition.
  3. Maintain all financial recordings, including performance reports and tax invoices.
  4. Collate and report on wellness and reablement reports by the applicable due date.

Requirements:

  1. NDS Worker Screening Check.
  2. Police Check.
  3. Working with Children's Check.
  4. First Aid and CPR certification.
  5. Worker Orientation Module.
  6. Worker NDIS Induction Module.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certificate III or IV qualifications in Aged Care, Disability, or a related field.
  • Knowledge and understanding of disability support principles, policies, and practices.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
