We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled grants professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality post-award administrative services including responding to enquiries, working in Pure and UniCRM, award set-up activities, drafting multi-institutional agreements, processing variations to funding agreements, and submitting progress and final reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for awards management
  • Respond to enquiries via phone and email
  • Work in Pure and UniCRM
  • Draft multi-institutional agreements
  • Process variations to funding agreements
  • Submit progress and final reports
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or substantial relevant skills and work experience
  • Law students are particularly encouraged to apply
