Senior Contracts Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team at Ivory Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in managing contracts and ensuring the successful execution of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate, lodge, and manage client progress payment claims
- Establish valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate and compile monthly reports, including presentations to management, in collaboration with the Project Manager
- Manage project finalisation activities, including financial and defects close, completion documentation
- Forecast and report on key project financials, including cashflow, costs, and time
- Bachelor's degree in Building and Construction Management or similar
- Ability to organise, communicate, and display good time management skills
- Capable of building strong work relationships with external clients, stakeholders
- Proven experience on projects above $50M
