Senior Director of Contract Management

About the Role
The ACT Government's Community Services Directorate is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director to lead the Contract Management Team within the Infrastructure and Contracts Branch.
As the Senior Director, Contract Management, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of the Total Facilities Management Agreement, ensuring the relationship between Government and the provider achieves the expected outcomes.
This role requires a person with high-level influence to drive the management of the contract, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Contract Management Team to achieve the contract's objectives and deliverables.
- Develop and implement governance and performance frameworks to ensure the contract's success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and relationship management.
- Monitor and report on contract performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to address contract risks and issues.
Requirements
- Contract Management experience, including the application of governance and performance frameworks.
- Experience leading teams within a large-scale contract management environment.
- Experience operating in a senior management capacity.
- Contract, Project, or Procurement management qualifications (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications are highly desirable.
