Job Opportunity

The Guest Experience Host & Face to Face Sales Lead Generator is a pivotal role responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and generating sales appointments for resorts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register owners and guests, providing information on local area attractions.
  • Complete all department-related paperwork and utilize communication equipment including telephones, facsimiles, and computers.
  • Meet with guests face-to-face, establishing commonality and building rapport to deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within Wyndham Destinations community.
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position.
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual.
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
  • High levels of computer literacy.
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays.
