High Volume Recruitment Specialist

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is a specialist provider of temporary and permanent blue- and white-collar staff to the building, infrastructure and resources sectors across Australia. We seek the highest calibre candidates for our assignments which span small to major engineering and construction projects and mainstream operations in our select sectors.
We are looking for an experienced High Volume Recruitment Specialist to join our business, as we continue to have unprecedented growth across all of our chosen market sectors. Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, this busy and fast-paced role will see you provide quality people to clients across Australia nationally.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time opportunity where you will assess applications, conduct interviews and shortlist candidates to meet our client's needs.
- You will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client.
- You will manage the process through to offer stage and beyond, including writing offer letters, conducting inductions and providing ongoing contact with both clients and candidates.
- Maintaining our talent database will also be an important aspect of this role.
- You will consistently provide a high level of customer service that exceeds client and candidate expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing applications and conducting interviews to identify top talent.
- Posting job ads on websites, job boards and social media sites as necessary.
- Sourcing suitable candidates and briefings them on the opportunities offered by the client.
- Managing the recruitment process from application to hire.
- Maintaining accurate records and data in our talent database.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous high volume recruitment experience (blue or white collar).
- Sound Microsoft Office suite skills.
- A self-motivated and energetic attitude.
- Strong organisational skills.
- A current car licence and a vehicle.
Estimated Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum + superannuation, depending on experience.
